- Five Minute Sin have been playing together since 1998. Melting their influences from late 60's early 70's rock and early 90's grunge, the band delivers fresh sounds with a familiar flavor. Since they began playing shows in 2005, they have plugged in more than 200 times, with trips to El Paso, Las Cruces, Gallup, Las Vegas, Las Lunas the Red River Biker Rallies, and a steady barrage of local shows (including, El Rey Theatre, Golden West Saloon, The Launchpad, Ralli's 4th St. Pub, The District, Burt's Tiki Lounge, The Atomic Cantina, The Tavern, Misty's Bar, Elliots Bar and Grill, Uptown Sports Bar, Sol Arts Theatre, Aux Dog Theatre, The District, UNM's Sub Ballroom and Harlow's on the Hill. The group has emerged as a heavywieght on the circuit and have only just begun. They released an 11 song debut album in 2006 (Without) Their second album (Amuse) is due out later this summer
