Who I am and why I'm here!
I was born and raised on the Big Island in Hawaii, attended High School in Crawford Texas, and have been living in Albuquerque, New Mexico since 1995. I am a filmmaker, musician, an actor, producer and pretty much a Jack of all Trades. I love the arts and am really jazzed to be doing what I am doing!
This is actually a long time coming for me. I have envisioned The Root 66 since around 2000 and am extremely excited to be watching my dreams come to fruition. Please take advantage of the networking opportunities available here. I envision a site that helps artists of all types, musicians, filmmakers, photographers, etc., to network together and create more vibrant and inspiring art of all genres. If you take a look at the blog posting on The Root 66 member page, titled "In the beginning...", you will get a good idea of what we are shooting for.
Additionally I run a landscaping business that is participating in the push toward a greener tomorrow. One of our main focuses is Rain Water Harvesting. This is just one of the many ways that we can all try to do things in a manner more in harmony with our mother earth, instead of attempting to conform her to our will. Anyone interested in learning more should drop me a line and I will gladly step onto my soapbox.
Below is a bit of my experience that has led me to this point in my life. Hope you enjoy and while you are here, don't forget to "Get your kicks on THE ROOT 66!"
