Looking for a Female Singer, the right one is hard to find.

I've been looking for the right singer to complete our band. We've been to some of the jams around town and met a few singers. However they didn't work out. What specifically are we looking for? FEMALE SINGER, 21-60 yrs old, strong voice for FUNK BLUES, SOUL and ROCK, maybe a little JAZZ.
