Looking for a Female Singer, the right one is hard to find.

I've been looking for the right singer to complete our band. We've been to some of the jams around town and met a few singers. However they didn't work out. What specifically are we looking for? FEMALE SINGER, 21-60 yrs old, strong voice for FUNK BLUES, SOUL and ROCK, maybe a little JAZZ. (have you seen the local(ABQ) band Rhythm Fish with Lias Lopez? we hope to find someone like her) (WE are NOT Rhythm Fish!)
We hope to rehearse once a week andd start gigging in a few months ~ maybe sooner ?
We are BASS (me), DRUMER, GUITAR, and KEYBOARDS, and are experienced with many years of gigs and well equipped with PA etc.
Does anyone have a sugestion for finding Female Singers ? Thankx, WAKO.
